How fast can you get a bin to the site? 

Usually same-day or next-day. If you've got a crew standing around, call (402) 510-7016 immediately. We’ll look at the current driver board and tell you exactly how soon we can get a truck out there.

What about heavy stuff like concrete or dirt? 

We take it, but don't just toss it in a standard bin. Concrete, brick, and dirt have major weight limits for the trucks to haul them safely. Tell us if you’re doing a demo or a dig before we drop the box so we can get you a "heavy-fill" container. Otherwise, you're looking at a weight overage fee you won't like.

Can we set up a regular swap schedule? 

Yeah. If you're on a long-term build and filling bins faster than we can pull them, we’ll set up a rotation. Just let us know the job's pace, and we’ll make sure there’s always an empty container waiting when your crew shows up in the morning.

Do I need a permit for a street drop in Omaha? 

Usually, yes. If that dumpster isn't sitting on private property, the city wants its paperwork. We won't drop a bin on a public street or sidewalk unless that permit is in your hand and ready to go.

What’s the deal with the "dry run" charge? 

It’s a trip fee. If our driver shows up and can't drop off or pick up because a subcontractor parked in the way or a gate is locked, we still have to cover the time and fuel. Keep the access point clear on your scheduled day, and you won’t see this on your bill.

Is RMS actually local to Omaha? 

Totally. We aren't some national broker sitting in a call center three states away. Our yard is in Crescent, IA, right across the Mormon Bridge. We know the local landfills and exactly how long it takes to get from our yard to your job site.

Where do you haul to? 

Everywhere in the Metro. Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, Elkhorn, Bennington. if it’s in Douglas or Sarpy County, we’re there. We also hit sites out in Gretna and Plattsmouth regularly.
